The Call

There are times in every man’s life when he says something really stupid. Then, there are other times when he does them. There are costs to both.

Here we have a guy who is willing to admit he was wrong and is seeking a fresh start. Will the attempt to right the wrong fall on deaf ears or will they succeed? That's the mystery.

The old sayings abound: "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned." or "The road to hell is paved with good intentions." Some of us will be getting a speeding ticket. On the other hand, "Miracles never cease." But don't get too cocky. Be humble, for as it says in 1 Corinthians 10:12, "So the one who thinks he is standing firm should be careful lest he fall."
